How the Survey Was Conducted:
An independent third party was retained to anonymously survey patients who received dental treatment by Dr. Elliot Davis and his staff in his lower Fifth Avenue, (Manhattan) New York dental office starting in August, 2009. To help ensure anonymity, surveys were sent out randomly to an undisclosed number of patients 2 – 10 days after the treatment was rendered. It is possible that a patient may have been solicited to complete a survey on more than one occasion.

Dr. Davis told me that based on my good cleaning this time, we could stretch my cleaning appointments from 3 months to 4. This shows me that he is really aware of what is going on in my mouth. He complimented me on my at-home hygiene — that always make u feel good! But i just feel that my dental hygiene is being looked after as a team effort. u never feel that it is "just another appointment", but rather a very caring visit. And to be greeted so warmly by Harriette and Roberto just makes my day! |

Warm, courteous and welcoming atmosphere by Harriette, Roberto and Dr. Davis. I appreciate and feel confident that exceptional hygiene is maintained throughout the course of the dental work. This was my primary reason for transferring to Dr. Davis years ago. I always feel that I have received the best of care before, during and after my visits. Thanks and keep up the good work! |

Once again, the care and treatment by Dr. Davis is far beyond that of a visit to your dentist. His concern for you as an individual is evident in the manner in which he greets you (openly friendly and warm) to the manner in which he treats you as a patient (aware of any discomfort and correcting it immediately) to his words of concern as he's working on you which gives you the sense that he truly cares, which I believe is what makes him such a special person. |

I have been a patient of Dr Davis' for 2 years now and have always without fail had a pleasant visit. I have been extremely pleased with the quality of the dental care and with the customer service oriented practice. I am especially pleased with the results of my Invisalign treatment. With most health related issues I am usually either more satisfied with the support staff or with the doctor. Visits to Dr. Davis' office have been the rare exception where the support staff is always of the highest caliber: professional, friendly and courteous, which matches Dr. Davis himself. thank you! |

Dr. Davis is probably one of the most gentle and compassionate dentists I have ever encountered. He immediately assessed my extremely painful situation and corrected it with minimal discomfort to me, rendering me pain-free after 3 days and nights of unbearable pain. The man is beyond words but essentially the one word to describe him is "perfect". His office staff work together in perfect harmony and you feel totally relaxed and comfortable with everyone, staff and dentist, as well. |
